Nagi was a great king of the Wolffolk in the Devony Valley, known for the fairness of his decrees and the kindness which he ruled his people with. His lands were prosperous and his people were happy. His vassals were loyal and helped Nagi keep the peace in his kingdom. Nagi held court regularly to gauge the happiness of his kingdom and always responded to the needs of his people. Throughout his kingdom, he was called Nagi the Just.
One night, Nagi had a dream that he could survey everything in his kingdom from the tallest tower in the world. The dream pleased Nagi because he cared for his people and wanted them to be happy. Nagi thought, from atop a great tower such as this, I could rule over all my people without the need for holding courts and relying on the reports of messengers. This tower would make me an even greater king.
